We charge a flat rate of $0.20 per sq ft for Move-In/Move-Out cleans—never by the hour. This ensures every detail is cleaned thoroughly. We stay transparent, concise, and professional with every job.

When you book with us, you’re agreeing to the terms and conditions shown below.
By booking with Ema Clean, you agree to our deposit policy. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, based on the final quoted price of your cleaning service. This deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward the total cost of the job.
The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service time. Rescheduling may be accommodated, subject to availability.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, your 25% deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled date, whichever you prefer.
Clients may reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance with no additional fees. Your 25% deposit will automatically transfer to the new date.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new booking.
We want every client to be fully satisfied with our service. After we complete the cleaning, we allow 20–30 minutes for you to walk through the property and check the work.
If you have any concerns during this time, please let us know immediately. We will address and re-clean any areas on the spot while we are still on the property at no additional cost.
Once we leave the property, any re-clean requests will be considered a new service and additional charges may apply.
